    Kaitlin is an exceptional personal trainer who possesses impressive qualifications and expertise in health coaching and fitness instruction. She is an ACE certified health coach, certified ACSM group fitness instructor, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Nutrition. Kaitlin has been teaching college weight lifting, coaching one-on-one and with groups, and leading various fitness classes, including HIIT, core, glutes, tabata, and strength training.

    Since her undergraduate years in 2017, Kaitlin has been dedicated to personal training, specializing in strength training and weight loss. Her success in one-on-one and group training is a testament to her talent and passion for her work. She has worked with diverse clients of different ages, injuries, and personal challenges, establishing lifelong friendships along the way. Kaitlin creates a supportive and trustworthy environment for her clients, encouraging and pushing them to achieve their fitness goals.
