Get in the Zone! BRZ is a high tech class that lets you actually see how hard you’re exercising. Take the guess work out of your workout to get maximum results.
Come see why Zumba is so popular! This energetic fitness dancing is not only FUN, but also improves cardiorespiratory health. All experience levels are welcome.
This challenging class provides a great workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate and challenge your muscles. Stations may include body weight exercises, weights, bars, stability balls, treadmills, etc. Class may be modified for all levels of fitness.
Mix It Up
This class will add variety to your regular workout routine. Every week we do a different program, from treadmill work to BOSU balls to body weight circuits. Come “Mix it Up” with us!
Butts & Guts
Come target your toughest areas. Strengthen and sculpt your lower body, while increasing stability and definition in your core.
Can’t decide how to get your tone on? Try PiYo, an hour class fusing Pilates and Yoga. Burn calories, tone muscles, challenge balance all while getting a great stretch! The class is a little different each time, but always a great workout!
This adrenaline pumping cardio and strength session incorporates plyometrics coupled with high volume resistance training boosting metabolism, endurance, and overall fitness. It’s the perfect combination of extreme heart pumping cardio and pure strength training to challenge any fitness level.
Bored with your workout? Before you throw in the towel, try this high-intensity, full-body workout. Using a variety of equipment and body weight exercises, no two workouts are ever the same!
A workout designed to develop core strength and coordination, the focus of this class will be on traditional Pilates movement patterns, the use of breath and correct alignment. Participants will enjoy improvement in posture and overall toning.
Fit a quick, yet effective, workout into your workday! The power Lunch class will hit the whole body and help you tackle the rest of your day!
This workout is the total package! Cardio-intense class that works the whole body with body-weight and resistance exercises. Abs/stretching included. All fitness levels welcome.
Designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well-being, this workout will help participants gain improved flexibility, balance, strength and posture. The class will borrow from each instructor’s experience with Yoga and may incorporate basic poses from various Yoga styles.
