Nutrition Coaching with A Personal Trainer
Along with a personalized training program designed by one of our Personal Training, nutrition coaching will help you in your success to achieve a Body Renew. With the valuable tools in the Body Renew Solutions food database and techniques like dietary journaling along with the accountability partner of your Personal Trainer to guide you, will learn the effective methods of tracking of nutrition intake and how to establish regular eating patterns, both critical to losing weight and maintaining that loss.

- Workout/check-in at a Body Renew facility a minimum of 3 days per week during your first 60 days
- Complete all purchased Personal Training sessions during your first 60 days
- Cancelled training sessions must be made up within same week or following week of canceled session

- Fill out daily accountability food journal or complete food log in Body Renew Solutions
- Complete initial and monthly fitness assessments with personal trainer
